Today is the first day of Fall 2009 at Biola. I’m teaching 7 units this semester – two Nature of Math classes (Monday and Wednesday, 1:30 and 3:00 p.m.) and a First Year Seminar class for the first half of the semester (Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:30 a.m.)
I’m looking forward to it.
Eddie, Thomas, and I went to go see “District 9″ on Friday. We were just going to go to a regular theater, but then we decided it would be a good movie to see in Hollywood, at the Mann Chinese Theater (Digital Projection, 60 speakers, etc.) Here are some pictures.
On Saturday, Adam and I went to San Diego for most of the day. We went to see our old roommate Trent, and so Adam could visit his grandfather. Trent took us to Balboa Park in the middle of San Diego. I had been to the Zoo before, but not the rest of the park.

The week before last, some friends and I went on a road trip to Colorado to go hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Forest. We took quite a bit of pictures, so I’ve posted them on my main web site here.
